Terms and Conditions of Use

By registering or using the crwon99 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately. crwon99 reserves the right to change, add to or amend any terms at any time at our sole discretion.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the crwon99.app website together with all services, games and features available on it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, accesses or uses the crwon99 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created through the valid registration process on the crwon99 platform.
• "Real Money" refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or equivalent deposited into a user account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, promotional funds or additional benefits granted by crwon99 to users under certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be reached before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Services" covers all types of games, sports betting, sportsbook, slots, live casino, crash games, cricket betting and all other functions available on crwon99.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the crwon99 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout continued use.
• Register as an individual in your own personal capacity, not as an agent, representative or on behalf of a third party.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or any list enforced by any relevant authority.
• Not hold more than one active account on the crwon99 platform at any time.
• Provide true, accurate and current information during registration and whenever it is updated.

2.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the crwon99 platform. Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or financial information is strictly prohibited. crwon99 reserves the right to merge or close any multiple accounts identified and to forfeit any funds or bonuses held within them.

2.2 Responsibility for Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate at all times. Should any changes occur to your personal information, you are required to update your account or contact the crwon99 support team without delay.

3. User Account

After successful registration, you will be granted access to a password-protected user account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Password Security

You must keep your password and account login details confidential. crwon99 will not ask for your password via email, live chat or any external communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that show no login activity or transactions within a set period may be subject to inactive status. crwon99 reserves the right to apply an administrative charge to inactive account balances in accordance with the policy in force at the time, with advance notice given to the user via their registered email.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

crwon99 provides a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All financial transactions are subject to the deposit and withdrawal policy set out here.

4.1 Payment Methods

Deposit and withdrawal methods accepted on the crwon99 platform include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM30. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, except where this is not possible, in which case crwon99 reserves the right to use a suitable alternative method. Funds may only be withdrawn to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.

4.4 Illegal Funds and Money Laundering

crwon99 takes its responsibility to prevent money laundering seriously. Any transaction showing signs of suspicious activity will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities. Accounts involved may be suspended while the investigation is carried out.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

crwon99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions that must be fully met by users.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The crwon99 welcome bonus gives you 150% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give you a bonus of RM150, bringing your account balance to RM250. That RM150 bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times, meaning RM1,500 must be wagered before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM1,400 will give the maximum bonus of RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM2,400. The wagering requirement for that RM1,000 bonus is RM10,000.

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

The crwon99 VIP programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members enjoy weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver members up to 0.8%, while Gold members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. VIP tier advancement is determined through continued wagering activity and overall account performance.

5.3 General Promotional Terms

All promotions are subject to a set validity period. crwon99 reserves the right to cancel, modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly if any abuse or unexpected circumstances arise in connection with it.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the crwon99 platform, including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sportsbook, sports betting, mix parlay, esports, crash games and cricket betting, are subject to the respective game rules set by the game providers as well as crwon99 policies.

6.1 Acceptance of Game Results

The results of all games are final and binding. Should any dispute arise regarding a game result, crwon99 reserves the right to review the game records and make a final decision based on the data stored on our servers.

6.2 Technical Failures

crwon99 is not responsible for any losses or disruptions arising from technical failures beyond our control, including internet connection disruptions, third-party service failures or other unforeseen events. Should a technical failure occur during a game session, crwon99 will assess each case individually and take appropriate action.

7. User Conduct

All users are required to behave responsibly and respectfully when using the crwon99 platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to exploit crwon99 games or systems.
• Sharing account login information with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Taking any action that disrupts the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.
• Using the crwon99 platform for any illegal activity or activity that violates applicable laws.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system through unauthorised or dishonest methods.
• Using a false identity or falsifying verification documents submitted to crwon99.

8. Account Closure

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the crwon99 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed after all pending bets are settled, and any eligible balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to exclude themselves from the crwon99 platform for responsible gambling purposes may contact our support team. crwon99 is committed to assisting users who have difficulty controlling their gambling and will process self-exclusion requests promptly and without question.

9. Account Termination and Restriction

crwon99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice if:

• The user violates any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The user provided false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
• It is required to comply with instructions from the relevant authorities or other legal obligations.

In cases of termination due to confirmed fraud, crwon99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account without any liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

The crwon99 platform is provided "as is" and "as available." crwon99 makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, crwon99 and any related entities will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

11. Amendment of Terms

crwon99 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to their registered address.

Continued use of the crwon99 platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws under crwon99's international licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out in crwon99's licensing agreement.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
